How do I use it?

SteviaSweet stevia extract powder works best in very small amounts. It's 250 to 300 times sweeter than sugar, so a little really does go a long way.

You can use it right away, in your coffee or tea -- 1/32nd of a teaspoon sweetens a full cup of coffee. 1/32nd of a teaspoon is the exact measurement of the micro-dosing spoon we include in every 1.3 ounce bottle, to make precise measurement super convenient.

In baking and cooking, replace one cup of table sugar with 1/8 teaspoon of SteviaSweet stevia powder, combined with 1 cup unsweetened applesauce. The applesauce helps to make up for the lost volume in recipes.
